Scheduled Reports
Reports Dashboard
- Open the Report manager
- Open the preferences and set up your e-mail account settings
- Select the report you wish to send and select Add to Queue
- Select Parameter Values if required.
- Set the time/Date to send. Make sure you allow enough time to finish editing before the report is scheduled to run. The time defaults to 2 minutes after the report is sent to the Queue.
- If you wish to add e-mail recipients or change settings after the report has been sent to the Queue, open the Report Queue List, select your report, and select Edit/View Details
- If you wish to schedule a reoccurrence, open the calendar view of the Report Queue, double click the scheduled report, and select Reoccurrence. Choose your settings.
- Close the Queue and select Start Report Processor from the Navigator. The report processor will run for 5 hours when CleverQ remains open. If the Queue is reopened in either list or calendar view, the report processor will need to be restarted. The report processor can be scheduled to run using the Windows Task Scheduler. Typically, the report processor would be scheduled to run in the early morning hours and reports scheduled during that time so report would reach their recipients at the beginning of their day.
