CleverQ Enterprise provides Web accessible Dashboards for multi-locations and franchises. All of the features of CleverQ Pro multi-company are included plus a licensed copy of CleverQ Live to be installed on the parent companies proprietary servers. Below is the outline of the setup for business analytics for Enterprise level companies.
Parent Company would have a copy of CleverQ Enterprise & CleverQ Live installed locally.

- The Company would need a dedicated SQL server & Web Server.
- SQL is needed to handle the processing of the large size of the data base and Company group.
- Enterprise basically means that the Analytics Calculation Engine (ACE) module of CleverQ is connected directly to the SQL database to turbo-charge data processing.
- Cost of Software and setup of enterprise is by Quote
- Cost of proprietary SQL Server & Web Server hardware provided by the Company.
- Data is loaded into CleverQ Enterprise by filtered company and Totals are calculated for Total Companies
- A copy of CleverQ Standard or CleverQ Pro is installed at each franchisee or location.
- Company Access options:
- Terminal Services & Remote Desktop access:
- Terminal Services and remote desktop for Company Access to dashboards in a secured controlled environment using VPN is included.
- Access to dashboards via CleverQ Live hosted on the company web server.
- Company dashboards with benchmarks to total companies is accessed via a web browser.
- Child Company or Franchisee Submittal of Data:
- Franchisee would submit spreadsheets of monthly sales and financial data via standardized spreadsheets. Standardized spreadsheets would need to be created.
- Company would have access limited to the extent of data collected on the spreadsheets.
- Or, Franchisee would submit a portable copy of their CleverQ File to the Customer via FTP
- Portable Companies would need to be opened and uploaded into CleverQ Enterprise
- Company would have access to filtered dashboards and report via CleverQ Live, but only on a monthly basis after submittal and uploaded to CleverQ Live.
