CleverQ Live web dashboard is an Optional SaaS software. CleverQ Live allows dashboards to be viewed via a web browser accessing a cloud server and is also designed for SME (Special Material Experts), Franchises, Multiple Locations, and Study groups the ability to provide online benchmarking. Using it with a local Installation of CleverQ Std/Pro adds may features as descibed below.

  • Each Company would purchase a copy of CleverQ Std/Pro installed locally at the published price or discounted group rates

    • No hardware or IT staff is required by the Customer

    • QuickBooks/Company Data resides locally at each location.

    • Management Dashboards, metrics, & reporting, would be available both locally for operational perfomance and reporting as well as accessible via CleverQ Subscription Service.

    • The Company has local accessiblity to additional drill downs, as well as manage dashboards, metrics, build reports, schedule automated reports, etc.

    • Local Copy of Std/Pro allows dashboards, Reports, Scorecards at the filtered item level

      • This would mean individual employee report Cards

      • Manufacturer Scorecards

      • Customer Reports

      • Time tracking by employee, class, job

      • Sales and inventory analysis by Item

  • Local Dashboard and reports become much more focused to meet daily managerial performance needs with the ability to filter as described above. Std/Pro is designed to give daily/weekly/monthly performance to meet the needs of daily operations.

  • Local Data extractions are automated with Windows scheduled tasks which relieves the burden from the Company of preparing any monthly processing and ensures timely collection of data and analysis(nearly Real Time)

  • Each Company would subscribe to CleverQ Live to compare non filtered metrics compared to group aggregate and benchmarks as well as viewing their own custom dashboards. (no aggregate comparisons for filtered data)

  • CleverQ Live monthly access fee:

    • Company pays monthly access fee for CleverQ Live web service for company plus additional users as needed.

    • Upgrade assurance is included with CleverQ Live web service subscription to keep local copy of CleverQ Std/Pro on the latest version.
