Definition of Terms:
· Customer refers to the Franchisor or Parent Company. A customer can have one or more companies
· QBD file (CleverQ Bundled Definition) is the data file for each Company. A QBD file may contain one or more QuickBooks company files. Multi company license provides totaling companies into one QBD file so multiple companies can be totaled as one, or looked at individually with CleverQ Std/Pro
· Company refers to the Franchisee or end user who each has a QBD file.
· SME (Specific Materials Expert) refers to a consultant or reseller providing expertise and additional services
· VAS (Value added Service) Providor such as QuickBooks Consulting, Support, Added Services, etc., by an SME
· CleverQ Live or CleverQ Subscription Service refers to the optional Cloud Web Software as a Service(SaaS) to view dashboards via a web browser. Aggregate data, with Upper Quartile, Lower Quartile, and Median benchmarks of the group normally require at least 13 like companies for reliable benchmarking comparisons.
